Subject: Fall and Winter Training
Good morning everyone, starting next week I will be offering the following programs:
 
Semi Private Training (2 or more people. Max # is 6). Group meets a minimum of 2 days per week. Max # of sessions is 3 days.
 
* Basketball 10- week program
* Baseball- 16 week program
* ACL screening and reduction program.
* Softball- 16 week program
* Indoor Track- 10 week program
* General Fitness
Note: Video & Biomechanical analysis will be performed on all of the participants with approval from the parents.
 
All of the programs above will cover all phases of off-season training.
 
Note: I will be offering a training program for adults in the fall (10k Training, Strength Training, Weight Management and Flexibility programs available). Nutritional programs will also be offered to all participants.
 
 
* In-Season Program for the following sports: Football, Field Hockey, Soccer, Ice Hockey, Cross Country. Group will meet between 1-2 days per week.
 
* In-season stretching program: Post game workout with an emphasis on recovery, stretching, speed work.
 
Sessions will be held at both the Healthplex and off-site Monday-Sat morning
